Being referred to San Heart
Your GP will need to refer you to a San accredited specialist. This may be a Cardiologist, Interventional Cardiologist or a Cardiothoracic surgeon. Our Find a Doctor facility gives you and your GP access to information on our accredited specialists.
Outpatient services
San Heart offers a number of services for cardiac patients who are either recovering at home, or don’t need to be admitted to hospital. These include our blackouts & faints clinic, radiology and rehabilitation – all of which give you access to our highly skilled team and advanced technology.
