Subspecialty Interests: Cardiac Imaging (CT/MRI), Thoracic Imaging, Liver Imaging

Dr Chan graduated from the University of New South Wales School of Medicine in 2012. He completed radiology training at Concord Hospital in 2020, where he is currently a staff specialist and associate clinical lecturer with the University of Sydney. He completed his fellowship in cardiothoracic imaging in 2021 at Toronto General Hospital, Canada. He is a CTCA level B and cardiac MRI accredited specialist with corresponding Level 3 SCCT and Level 2 SCMR membership. His commitment to research in areas of cardiothoracic imaging and liver imaging have culminated in receiving the RANZCR Early Career Researchers Prize (2018 and 2021), ARGANZ Mendelson Research Prize (2019), and RANZCR Thomas Baker Fellowship Prize (2020). Dr Chan joined the San Radiology team in August 2021 and conducts the GIT multidisciplinary reviews at the San.
