Dr Sris Baskaranathan is an Australian trained consultant Urological Surgeon with over 11 years of extensive experience and expertise.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and an active member of the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand, American Urological Association and European Association of Urology.
Dr Baskaranathan provides a personalised approach for his patients, empowering patients to be aware and active in their own medical management, providing knowledge and information and taking
into consideration surgical and non-surgical treatment options. As one of his patients, you can be confident you are receiving the best care available.
Whilst he is able to care for all general urological conditions, Dr Baskaranathan has sub specialty expertise in providing minimally invasive surgery options in managing Prostate, Kidney and Bladder cancer, and Men's Sexual health (Erectile Dysfunction). He has been performing Robotically Assisted Surgery since 2008 and performed the first Robotically Assisted Radical Prostatectomy (for Prostate Cancer) using the latest and current generation Da Vinci Xi platform in Australia.
Dr Baskaranathan also undertook a Travelling Fellowship in the USA where he had the opportunity to be mentored in Prosthetic Surgery, Surgical correction of Peyronie's Disease and Greenlight Laser Prostatectomy.
